Live stock / inventory data pulled straight from your SAP Business ByDesign stock report. It never changes anything in SAP. Each refresh saves the snapshot into the system (a separate Stock store — not your production Records) and updates only the rows that changed, so the latest stock is always available even before you re-pull. To keep saving while you're logged out / the browser is closed, deploy the sap-stock-sync function + cron (see supabase/functions/sap-stock-sync/README.md).

 

Outbound delivery lines pulled straight from your SAP Business ByDesign outbound report. It never changes anything in SAP. Each refresh saves the snapshot into the system (a separate Outbound store) and updates only the rows that changed. To keep saving today's deliveries while you're logged out / the browser is closed, deploy the sap-outbound-sync function + cron (see supabase/functions/sap-outbound-sync/README.md).

 

Produced weight in kilograms = output pieces × item weight (g). Item weight comes from each record, or falls back to the product master.

Every production order at SAP site 1-1-3 (the packaging-change line) lives here — with its own Records, Dashboard and Reports — and is excluded from the main production Records, Monitoring and Reports.

One record = one machine, one shift. Required fields are marked *. OEE is calculated automatically.

All Running and Open orders for each machine are listed in run order. Use ▲▼ to reorder — the changeover sits between whichever orders you place together. Click an order row to edit it; click Edit on a changeover to set its time, note, or steps. ⟲ Auto order restores the automatic priority/date order.

Upload the production export from SAP. The app reads the columns automatically — then you confirm which column maps to each field. Mapping is remembered for next time.

Load a backup file previously exported from this app (replaces current data after confirmation).

Data imported from SAP waits here for review. Check every row is correct, then Approve to save it into Records. Rows whose Production order already exists will overwrite that record. Imported records are locked — they can only be changed by importing again.

Orders with a hold quantity wait here. Hold counts as defect until inspected. After inspection, split the held pieces into good and scrap: good stays in confirmed, scrap moves to scrap, and the hold clears. Example: confirmed 1000, scrap 100, hold 100 → inspect 50 good / 50 scrap → confirmed 950, scrap 150, hold 0.

Newest first. Tick rows to select, then delete in bulk — or use the box in the header to select every record on this line.

Live analysis of every reading logged inside production records — filter, review, approve, and export. Readings inherit their line, machine, date, shift & operator from the record.

Every create, edit and delete is recorded with the exact time and the user who did it. Newest first.

A role bundles screen permissions + line scope. Assign roles to users in the panel above; editing a role updates everyone who has it. Tip: start from a standard role and Copy it to adapt.

Download your data any time — keep backups, or send the Excel to management.

Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG or SVG). It appears in the header, the sign-in screen, and printed reports, and is shared with your team data.

Used in the Add Record and Work Order machine dropdowns.

Each product stores its Material ID, category, item weight, standard cycle time and cavities. Selecting a product in Add Record or Work Orders fills weight, cycle and cavities automatically.

The master list of spare-part materials used by the Spare Parts Transfer module. Import or export with the standard SAP List of Materials sheet — columns: Material ID · Material Description · Arabic Name · Product Category ID · Product Category Description · Purchased · In-House Production · Base UoM.

Set prices and the plant OEE target. These drive the Cost Summary, Resin Yield and 6 Big Losses reports and the realistic work-order run-time. Leave a price at 0 to hide that cost.

Per-machine OEE targets (optional — blank uses the plant default above). Product-specific targets are set on each product in the Product Master.

Try the app with sample 2026 records, or clear operational data to start a fresh period. "Delete operational transactions" wipes records, work orders, planning, stock transfers, maintenance, machine readings, SAP inbox, material-planning runs, and the SAP Stock snapshot — but keeps your master data (products, machines, materials, BOMs, hot runners, locations, roles & users) and preserves the complete SAP Outbound dispatch history. The Stock snapshot refills on the next sync unless you pause the sync.
